Reserve online and pay the CAD $300 per-person deposit right away (unless a different amount is stated for this tour) — that secures your booking. We then confirm availability, usually within 24 hours, and update your booking status — if we cannot confirm your reservation, your deposit is refunded in full. The balance is due 30 days before departure. The deposit option applies to bookings made more than 60 days before departure — within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at booking.

Sonesta Hotel, Tower & Casino – Cairo stands on El Tayran Street in Nasr City, the modern eastern district of Cairo between the airport and downtown. Cairo International Airport is about 11 km (roughly 15 minutes), City Stars shopping mall and the Cairo International Convention Centre are within 2 km, the Citadel is a 15-minute drive and the pyramids of Giza about 20 km away.
The 409 air-conditioned rooms and suites in the hotel and tower wings have satellite TV, minibar and free Wi-Fi. Dining runs from an international breakfast in the Patio Lounge to La Gondola (Italian), Baalbak (Lebanese), Sushi Ya (Japanese) and the 24-hour Green House, with Speke's pub-style bar, a lobby lounge, La Patisserie café and the Bohio pool bar. The grounds — some 150–165 acres of lawns, palm trees and plantations — hold 531 rooms and suites in 32 bungalow-style buildings plus three Royal villas. The AMC Royal Hotel & Spa (formerly AMC Royal Resort) stands directly on the Red Sea in Al Ahyaa, the resort district north of Hurghada town on the road to El Gouna; the airport is roughly 22 km away and the beach is a few minutes' walk through the grounds. The 350 rooms and suites all have a private balcony or terrace, air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar, writing desk, sound-proofed windows and a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and bidet, and most look out over the sea.
