You can visit York Minster, the largest cathedral in the UK with a history of nearly a thousand years, and then climb the famous Roman city wall to witness the remains of the thousand-year-old fortress. Today is a condensed tour of the Scottish Highlands, so the itinerary will be a bit rushed and we will just stop here. In the morning, we will drive to the Glenfinnan South Viaduct, where the image of the Scottish ten-pound note is located.
