1. Free airport pick-up flights at Calgary International Airport (YYC) on the day of group joining are: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00. Upon arrival, please go to Gate 5 on the arrival level and wait for the pick-up arrangement (Suggested service fee USD$8.00 / CAD10.00/person).
2. Paid airport pick-up: You can book a private car for flights arriving between 07:00-23:00. The first 2 passengers are charged USD$75 (tax included)/CAD$90 (Canadian price excluding 5% GST), and each additional passenger is charged USD$15 (tax included)/CAD$20 (Canadian price excluding 5% GST). A maximum of 4 people are allowed in one order(Includes driver/guide service fee).
3. Guests whose flights arrive before 12:00 noon can join the Calgary Charm Half-Day Highlights Tour, which is a group of two people and guaranteed to depart! If you are unable to join the tour due to force majeure such as flight delays, no refund will be given.

Reserve online and pay the CAD $300 per-person deposit right away (unless a different amount is stated for this tour) — that secures your booking. We then confirm availability, usually within 24 hours, and update your booking status — if we cannot confirm your reservation, your deposit is refunded in full. The balance is due 30 days before departure. The deposit option applies to bookings made more than 60 days before departure — within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at booking.
Price adjustments (Travel Industry Act, 2002 — O. Reg. 26/05): increases resulting from retail sales or federal tax changes excepted, if the total price rises by more than 7% you may cancel for a full refund — and no price increase is permitted after you have paid in full.

The Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza stands on 33 Street NE in the Marlborough area of northeast Calgary, roughly 15 minutes by car from the airport and a 10-minute walk from Marlborough CTrain station, which runs into downtown. The 248 renovated guest rooms and suites have a 42-inch flat-screen TV, fridge, coffee and tea maker and free Wi-Fi; bathrooms have a bath or walk-in shower.
Barrington's, the lobby restaurant and lounge, is open daily from 6:30 am to 10 pm with a breakfast buffet and à la carte lunch and dinner. Guests can use the indoor pool, hot tub and fitness centre, and the conference centre offers 15 meeting rooms. Parking is free for registered guests; an airport shuttle is available for a small per-person fee with advance reservation. Chateau Jasper sits on Geikie Street just beyond the town centre of Jasper, inside Jasper National Park, roughly a 10-minute walk from the shops and restaurants on Connaught Drive. The 119 rooms, studios and suites have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a safe, a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and kettle, and a bathtub or walk-in shower; suites add a king bed and sitting area.
Breakfast and dinner are served at the Silverwater Grill & Lounge on site. Guests have an indoor pool and indoor hot tub (closed Monday mornings for maintenance), a hair salon and a spa, and heated underground parking is free though spaces are limited. The hotel is pet-friendly for a fee and is a common base for coach tours visiting Maligne Lake and the Icefields Parkway.

El Toro, the in-house restaurant, serves breakfast and dinner with a Canadian menu influenced by Latin American and Spanish cooking. Guests can use an 8-person hot tub, a 4-person dry cedar sauna, a small fitness room with cardio machines and free weights, coin laundry, a ski room with lockers and a 24-hour computer kiosk. There is no restaurant, though El Toro at Irwin's next door serves breakfast and dinner, and downtown Banff's restaurants are within walking distance. Facilities are limited to an indoor hot tub, free underground parking and free local calls; express check-out is offered. It is the most basic of the Banff Avenue options on this itinerary.
The Rundlestone Lodge is at 537 Banff Avenue near the northern edge of town, roughly 15 minutes on foot from downtown Banff; guests get free Roam local bus passes, and the stop is outside.
