1. This trip mainly involves water activities. Please prepare your swimsuit, towel and other suitable equipment in advance.
2. To protect the ecology, the park only allows the use of sunscreen containing titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
3. Cancun has a tropical marine climate and is infested with mosquitoes. Please bring your own effective mosquito repellent.
4. XEL-HA Park opening hours: Monday to Sunday 08:30-18:00.
5. Children aged 4 and below can enter for free. (Both children who are exempt from the ticket and children who purchase the ticket are required to present relevant proof).
6. Children under 1.30m but under 12 years old must present their ID card to prove their age.
7. It is strongly recommended that you arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The company will not be responsible for any financial losses that may be caused by guests being late and unable to participate in the tour.
